These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SkillFlow, including the desktop application, cloud services, marketplace, showcase sites and websites (together, the “Service”). The Service is provided by Penstairs Labs, a company incorporated in Singapore (“we”, “us” or “our”).
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.
Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service.
- You must give accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
The Service
SkillFlow lets you design, run, share and publish AI Agent workflows. The desktop application runs on your own computer. You can connect Agents you already use, such as Claude Code or Codex, which remain subject to their providers’ terms, or use SkillFlow Claw, our hosted Agent, which is billed in credits.
We continuously improve the Service and may add, change or remove features. If a change materially reduces a paid feature you rely on, we will give you reasonable notice.
Plans, credits and payment
- Paid subscriptions are billed in advance for each billing period and renew automatically until cancelled.
- Credits measure hosted AI usage. Credits are charged according to the rates shown in the product at the time of use. Monthly plan credits do not roll over to the next period.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred and are not a deposit or stored value facility.
- Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.
- If a payment fails, we may suspend paid features until the balance is settled.
Cancellations and refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
Your content
You own the workflows, Skills, files and outputs you create (“Your Content”). You give us a limited license to host, store, transmit and process Your Content only as needed to operate and improve the Service for you.
When you publish Your Content to the marketplace, a Together SkillFlow project or a showcase site, you also give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute it, and to let other users run it, as part of the Service. You can unpublish content at any time; this does not affect copies other users already made while it was published.
You are responsible for having the rights to Your Content and for how you use AI outputs. AI outputs may be inaccurate, so review them before relying on them.
Creator program
Creators may receive a share of the usage revenue generated when other users run their published SkillFlows, according to the rates and payout terms shown in the product. Earnings may be held for a review period and may be adjusted for refunds, chargebacks, fraud or violations of these Terms. Payouts are subject to identity verification, tax requirements and applicable law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- break the law, infringe others’ rights, or publish content that is harmful, deceptive, hateful or sexually exploitative;
- distribute malware, gain unauthorized access to systems or data, or interfere with the Service;
- send spam or automate activity on third-party platforms in breach of their rules;
- circumvent billing, usage limits or security controls;
- reverse engineer the Service, except where the law allows it despite this restriction.
Third-party services
The Service can connect to third-party services, such as Agent providers, AI model providers and accounts you link through Connections. Your use of those services is governed by their terms, and we are not responsible for them.
Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design and the SkillFlow name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in line with these Terms.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and USD 100.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect users or the Service. Where reasonable, we will notify you first and give you a chance to export Your Content.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will notify you in the product or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, unless mandatory consumer law where you live gives you other rights.
