This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for purchases made from Penstairs Labs for SkillFlow. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time in the SkillFlow console or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access to paid features until then and will not be charged again.
We do not give prorated refunds for unused parts of a billing period, except as described below or where the law requires it.
First subscription payment
If you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription, you can request a full refund within 7 days of that first payment, provided you have used no more than 10% of the credits included in that billing period.
Credit packs
- You can request a full refund of a credit pack within 14 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used.
- Credits that have been used are not refundable. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Hosted AI usage
Credits consumed by completed AI requests are not refundable. If a hosted AI request fails because of an error on our side, the credits reserved for it are released automatically.
Billing errors
Duplicate charges and charges made after a cancellation took effect are always refunded in full.
How to request a refund
Submit our contact form with your account email, the order or invoice number and the reason for your request. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank, so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that apply to you.
